What Characterizes Us as a Community
- We gather on a Sunday on a site where people have gathered since 1877, but more importantly, we acknowledge the Yalukit Willam Clan of the Boon Wurrung. We pay our respects to their Elders, past and present. We acknowledge and uphold their continuing relationship to this Land.
- We take the Bible seriously but not literally. We respect and remain open to the wisdom of other faith traditions and world views.
- We seek to be an authentic expression of the Jesus Movement that emerged out of Judea 2000 years ago.
- We respect and honour the contribution that women, children and men make to the faith life of our community and society as a whole.
