Robert’s cousin heard about me and sent me this poem about lizards. I am so glad that other people are getting inspired.
Oh; how I long to be a lizard, with his fine and silvery scales
Protecting me from humans and all that entails
A shelter from the cold and those wintry storms
From man and humanities selfish norms
I would spend my days lying in the warmth of the sun
Hidden by nature, and from everyone
Scales to protect me, both body and mind
Living so simply on the fodder I find
No wars and torment from China and the East
Nature providing my daily feast
No Covid to threaten me at every turn
Just simple survival with the lessons I learn
Oh, how I wonder, how life would be
For a lizard with its scales as security
In a hidden world, away from all sadness
Caused by greed and Political madness
As humans ‘scales’ are made of families and friends
Who nurture and protect us from beginning to end
The people who show love, so caring and giving
These are the people who make life worth living.
And just like the lizard, content and carefree
Our friends and family bring love, continually
So take comfort in knowing you are in good care
Protected by ’scales’ of Love in this world we share.

Hello would you mind letting me know which hosting company
you’re working with? I’ve loaded your blog in 3 completely different
browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot quicker
then most. Can you suggest a good hosting provider at a reasonable price?
Many thanks, I appreciate it!
